Aster consistently upgrades   the capabilities for  its manufacturing facilities to meet the challenges  of its customer requirements. These facilities are well connected to the national high way that affords easy accessibility to the local skilled manpower.

Fabrication Process:

All tower parts are manufactured in plants with Computerized Numeric Control Machines (CNC Machines) and various operations such as punching, stamping, drilling and cutting are automated. The Jigs, fixtures, hydraulic presses and other machine tools ensure that the bent items are precise and built  without distortion. Various handling equipments like the EOT Cranes and Mobile cranes are utilized for handling steel and tower parts.

Galvanization plants:

At Choutuppal we have two auto controlled galvanizing plants for monopoles, one of which is one of the largest in Asia with a Zinc holding capacity of 13/2.5/2.5 meters. These state of the art in-house galvanization facilities with the latest technology  allowing the galvanizing of  poles of standard and large sizes. The controlled treatment of the poles at our galvanization facilities include degreasing, pickling and fluxing for an ideal reaction between steel and Zinc resulting in a homogeneous galvanization for an excellent surface finish.

The pre-heating chamber ensures uniform drying and pre-heating of steel to give an excellent surface finish and uniform coating of zinc.
